| Digital Paths to New MarketsHot of the press the new book "Digital Paths to New Markets - Identifying and Leveraging IT and Media Trends" sums up FAZIT’s most important research findings. The project FAZIT (which is the German acronym for "Research Project for Current and Future IT and Media Technologies and Their Use in Baden-Württemberg") discovered trends at an early stage. Hence, innovations and new markets are the main factors in an inter-regional contest to secure and create jobs, supporting the competitiveness of a region.

| MFG Review of 2009The central theme pervading MFG Review of 2009 is “Collaborative Design” – the joint accomplishment of creative tasks. Twelve hand-picked designers, fine and commercial artists and illustrators from Baden-Württemberg have been allotted space in which to present their ideas. The outcome of this experiment is truly remarkable: it shows the huge potential that can be unleashed when creative professionals from a variety of fields collaborate to produce something new.
